List Box Single/Multi Selection Modes

In Workflow 4 list boxes had the ability to have single or multi selection mode enabled. Moving this capability to workflow 5 would be fantastic. I understand Item Picker has this capability to force single selection, however when more than a few items are used to populate the list the whole form is taken up, where as with the list box the area stays the same, and users can just scroll.
