grayed out map services

Dear Goecortex users,

 

Being new to this tool, i am unable to understand that some Map Services can be turned on off and some are turned on but grayed out. Even if i remove the corresponding layers from the Layer list these map services are still grayed out.

 

So Please explaing what makes Map services to be grayed out.

  Hi Abdul,

   

  Do you mean layer list tool? If the map service is not in the visible scale, it will be grayed out in layer list. Also, it may be related to projection issue. What are your site basemap and map service Spacial Reference? if possible, could you please share more info, like screenshot, or sample map service?

  Also is there any method to export the Special Reference of all the map services to compare them.

   

  Line in form of list or something.
