Curious case of the missing map tip (1:19,200)
So i've got a simple project where the focus is on a single layer (Active Projects). For visualization purposes this layer is duplicated and grouped in the service to draw at different scales. Active Projects (1) draws at 1:160,000 - 1:9,601, Active Projects (2) draws at 1:9,600 - 1:0. Map tips are enabled and WORK for both layers, EXCEPT, at the scale of 1:19,200. In this project, these two layers, are the only layers setup for map tips.
I'm running Essentials 4.9 & HTML5 version 2.10.
Any ideas??

19,200 not 9,600? Is this site public? 0 -
Correct 19,200, not 9,600.
Yes, it is a public site... https://map.co.clear-creek.co.us/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=Active_LU_Cases.ActiveLU
Do you see the same thing?
I've tested on several different machines, browsers, etc..0 -
I see the same thing in Chrome, but not IE - there it seems to be working fine. Sounds like a bug.
Someone else using my caching scheme! I think you're the first I've seen... Based on engineering scales.0 -
One other thing I'm noticing - it seems that it selects above where I click. In order to get RZ2018-0002 to highlight, I have to click below the colored area. If I then click within the highlighted polygon, it selects one to the north. this is at 19,200. It gets better when you zoom in, but does not go completely away. 0 -
Thanks Mike, i hadn't tried IE, but do see the issue in both Chrome & Firefox. IE works as expected for me too.
Regarding the click issue... I've been playing with increasing the size of the polygonPixelTolerance for those users who click at the initial scale (my initial scale has an oversize outline to make them stand out). The default size of "0" was not working as desired, but i haven't nailed the modified pixel tolerance either yet.0
