Configure GeoRSS Map tip?

Can you configure a GeoRSS Map Tip? We pulled in a flickr one for testing and got it working.  I can only see content once I select "view addtional details".

  Hi Dylan,

   

  You should get map tips for the GeoRSS by default.  Are you looking to customize what is displayed in the map tip?

  Yes I want to customize them just like any typical map service. Is this possible? I didn't see it from the easy way of using the Geocortex Manager.
