Basemap switcher not displaying on mobile devices

Is there a setting within Essentials Manager to allow the Basemap switcher to be available within mobile devices?  Within my Viewer configuration I have Desktop, Tablet, Handheld set to "Configure Simultaneously", but within mobile devices, I do not see the Basemap switcher.

  Hi Doug,

   

  There is no way within Essentials Manager to show the basemap switcher on the handheld, it is hidden in the handheld version intentionally due to the very limited screen space on a mobile device.  You may be able to enable it in the handheld.json.js file but I did not have any luck in my tests.
