How to troubleshoot GE Manager 4.9.1 / Html5 Viewer 2.10.1 Apply Changes / Failed to Save Error
I create a new site, add just a basemap OpenStreetMap. Add a 2.10.1 viewer, begin to add a few more tools, like zoom or unzoom. Then I get this error:
_img_ alt="Error Listed" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=906f2000000XbtK&feoid=Body&refid=0EMf2000000YAi5" _/_img_
Looking in the browser debugger I see these errors:
_img_ alt="Error" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=906f2000000XbtK&feoid=Body&refid=0EMf2000000YAiA" _/_img_

Hi Joseph,
Please clear the browser cache and resign in the site.

Unfortunately still the same result. Tried with different machines, different browsers. Any suggestions on how to track the issue down? 0 -
Hi Joseph,
The error code (error 413) indicates that something in your infrastructure has determined the Site object is too big to fit into a web request.
To my knowledge, nothing in Essentials or Essentials Manager returns a 413 error code.
Can you see if there's something in your environment, such as a forward or reverse proxy, that is returning this code?
If you use the Network tab in the browser that may provide more clues - for example, the 413 response may have some headers that help determine what service or device is returning this code.

Hi Long/Malcom, Thanks for the responses. They got me looking in other places, I found a few articles that suggested changing the uploadreadaheadsize to 1 mb instead of default 49152 b, so far so good. 0
