How to use excel-file through web request PUT?

I would like the users to be able to upload an excel-file (FilePicker) and send it to my FME server through a web request through a PUT http request. Does anyone have an example for using the FilePicker + WebRequest with the PUT method. I found an example with attaching an image and PUTing to a GIS-server, but could not adjust it to my project.

I use workflow 5.
