Session Duration Exceeds Possible Minutes in a Day

Why does average session duration (minutes) when broken down by day exceed the maximum number of 1,440 minutes in a day? Does a session that is started in one day apply to that day even if 24 hours has been exceeded for session duration?

  Hi Lawrence,

   

  Each session is associated with the day and time the Viewer is initialized. The session may last a few minutes, a day or a week; it's still one session. The session duration is, theoretically, unlimited. For example - if I open a Viewer now, then keep it open for the next week, that's all one session that lasted 10,080 minutes.
