Sample Workflow urls are incorrect after saving

When starting a sample workflow (for instance Sample Buffer geometry) and saving the workflow the url remains https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=358fe65afb164ea28938369c3ad548d8 (it looks like the original url).

 

After reopening the workflow the url is correct:

https://esrinederland.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=358fe65afb164ea28938369c3ad548d8.

 

This used to work correctly in the past. This could be very confusing
