    Hi Melanie,

     

    It's an https address so make sure your Essentials Manager and viewer is also using https.  If they are, you may be seeing this issue -

    Thank you Wayne. Likely, it is the issue since we are using https. I have run into this before... I guess since it is a NOAA service it is out of my control.

    The workaround in the article is applied to your server, to force your server to use the higher TLS protocol that the NOAA server is using.  It's worth trying but it does require a restart.
