How to make Drop down box in Custom Region

How can we make and a drop down list in custom region, just like measure tool shown below in image.

  Hi,

   

  It's not possible out of the box with the HTML5 Viewer. I recommend reviewing the documentation on extending the viewer if you are a developer or have one. Otherwise our Services Team can extend the viewer for you but that will require further discussion.
