Problem Using Workflow 5 with Portal for ArcGIS or with ArcGIS Online
Please does anyone have an idea why I keep getting this syntax error message each time I try to register my Geocortex Workflow 5 apps with either the Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS online. I followed the instructions given on this youtube link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fgo-7kDQ79A - Using Geocortex Workflow 5 with your Portal for ArcGIS implementation
Each time i place the Workflow apps test Url on my Portal and click 'Register" it comes back with this Synthax erro (Screenshot shown below)

I have also tried the ArcGIS web Appbuilder, ran the startup batch file and followed the instructions on integrating the Workflow apps on ArcGIS online which is almost like what you do on Portal, I stll got the same synthax erro.
Please can anyone help out with this issue.
Thanks

Hi Irene,
Workflow 5 has its own community site (https://communities.geocortex.com/workflow/s/) , so you might try posting there next time
With ArcGIS Online, there's no need to go through this process. You can just log into workflow designer (https://apps.geocortex.com/workflow/designer/) using your ArcGIS Online account and it will save workflows to your account. If you're using Portal to store your workflows then you'll need to register the app. I'd suggest checking your browser tools (F12, then look at the console tab and nertwork tab while trying to register) to see if you can get any more detailed information. Maybe there's something blocking the request. You might want to submit a support ticket to look into it.
Note that the Web AppBuilder widgets can't be used in the ArcGIS Online version of Web AppBuilder. The supported versions are listed here (https://docs.geocortex.com/workflow/latest/help/Default.htm#wf5/help/requirements.htm#Supported_Applications%3FTocPath%3DRequirements%7C_____1)0
