Add Option for Google Basemap in Viewer

Add the option to use Google for a basemap in the viewer. Google basemaps are widely used in web applications and the currency of their aerial imagery is unparalleled. I would bet many Geocortex users would benefit from using Google basemaps in their viewers.

  This seems like a useful addition! Unfortunately, there are license restrictions on using Google imagery within a Geocortex viewer, which I suspect is the reason that Latitude hasn't gone after this. You can view the terms here, the relevant part is currently 3.2.4(d) "No Use With Non-Google Maps": https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms
