"invalid cluster credentials"

I have an Analytics hub running and listenting on port 19201 but when installing the Analytics agent on an Essentials server and entering the correct cluster name, and hub IP and correct hub cluster shared secret I get the following error:  "The entered cluster credentials for the Analytics hub are invalid"

 

I've added the Essentials server internal IP's to the hub cluster whitelist:

 

D:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\NSRoot\Geocortex\Core\Roles\DocumentStore\3.1.7.669\role.config

 

added line

I've written new cluster config:

 

changing cluster name and shared secret and verifying the updated changes are shown in:

 

D:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\Bin\Geocortex.Platform.Host.exe.config - restarting Core and re-attempt agent connect.

 

I've even tried using the encrypted password in Geocortex.Platform.Host.exe.config for agent registration as per article:

Adding to the whitelist I can successfully retrieve hub cluster info from essentials server via URL http://10.211.1.106:19201/  (hub IP)

Does anyone know how to manually configure the agent with the cluster rather than using the GUI?

  Hi Darko,

   

  The configuration GUI is the only supported method of connecting an Analytics Agent to the Analytics Hub.

   

  You will need port 19201 open (which is already done), but also TCP port 19300 and UDP 3702 to allow the Agent to discover the hub and for it to send data.
