syncing Geometry Picker and Item Picker

I’m having a problem using the Geometry Picker and Item Picker together.If I select multiple geometries and show the results in the Item Picker it works fine the first time. But if you change your geometry selection (adding or deleting) the Item Picker seems to get confused. The selected feature in the Item Picker list does not correspond to the highlighted feature on the map. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

  This will have a lot to do with the code written to handle the change events on the geometry picker and the population of the item picker.

   

  Maybe someone else has more insight than me on this but I wouldn't think there can be much advice given without the code or more information about how the item picker is being populated and updated.
