What site configuration parameters are no longer honoured?
It may be just something isn't quite working correctly in our site configurables, but once upon a time in Silverlight days we configured each mapservice with the "FailureAction = Warn" parameter, which let the site continue to load, however flagged something wasn't quite right with the service. This parameter in the HTML5 site no longer seems to do anything... the site will fail to load if there are any inconsistencies between site and services.
When we've migrated our sites from Silverlight to HTML5, we've generally just rolled the site configurations from Silverlight to HTML5 and most things have just worked. It makes me wonder if any of these parameters in site configurations are actually now redundant, and they just silently remain in our site code.
Is there any list / document that outlines all the valid attributes / values that can be used to define site / service / layer configurations?
Any contributions welcome. Thanks in advance!

@Wayne, what is the status of this bug? We may have run into a similar problem where the site fails to load if one mapservice is unreachable.
