Chrome Not Launching Geocortex Essentials !

We have difficulties to launch GCE using Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.110 ).  When I launch it on chrome, it gets stuck on initializing the front page where we have our organization's logo and doesn't load anything else. Is any one experiencing the same issue with the current version of Chrome?

  Hey Phil,

   

  What version of GCE are you running? I have GCE4.10.1 with HV 2.11.1 and it's fine on Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.110). Also is your site secure (https)? Could you open the console (Crtl + Shift + I)  and see if any error messages occur when you reload the page.

  Hi Phil,

  That error seems to indicate that the certificate used by the hosting server is invalid. Try loading the viewer over HTTP and updating your certificate to confirm that this is the case.
