Layer filter workflows limitation

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to apply layer filter workflows for the layers in my site. I have noticed that it works fine, but only if the number of layer I have applied the layer filter workflow is less than 10. If it is more than 10, the site is not loading properly. Any ideas how I can work around this thing? Thanks a lot in advance!

  Hi Ehab,

   

  I couldn't find anything in our bug tracker specifically calling out ten layer filter workflows being a problem (although we have had similar issues with single-digit numbers causing things to go out of order).

   

  What is your layer filter workflow doing? If it's performing a lookup to some external service and that is slowing down the site then it may be cancelling the requests or timing out.

   

  The Essentials System logs may have further information, too.  You can also add Log activities to your workflow to see if it's a specific layer that fails or a different one each time.

   

  If you aren't able to figure it out yourself, you can open a support case with us (or your Support provider) for further investigation.
