Geocortecx fails to view scale 250 when I added cached photos one cached to scale 250 and the other to scale 500

Greetings,

 

I am using GE 10.4.1 & GVH 2.11.1, I displayed Cached photos on my geoportal and I added photos cached to scale 250 and other photos cached to scale 500, but the problem that Geocortecx fails to display scale 250 and stop on scale 500, but if I removed photos that cached to 500 the scale 250 can be displayed.

  Did you try to add the 1:250 scale in the override Maximum scale in the map tab in viewer properties? It could solve your problem
