Uninstalling Analytics

I have an older version of Analytics, which also resides on the same VM as Geocortex Core/Essentials. I want to uninstall Analytics, but it hangs. Any thoughts why?

  Hi Jeff,

   

  It is likely related to a mismatch in versions of Geocortex Core. I recommend upgrading your Geocortex Analytics to a newer version, one that expects the same version of Core you have running. If you are running Geocortex Essentials 4.10 with Geocortex Core 3.1.7, upgrade to Analytics 1.4.3.
