Toolbar no longer appears/works after upgrade to HTML5 2.11.

I have three sites and the other two appear to have upgraded just fine. I have looked through all the files I can think of and am lost.  The configuration in Manager is set to Open by default.

  We are on 2.11 and don't have this problem. Was it a massive upgrade skipping versions?

   

  Have you tried adding a new viewer to the same site? Seeing if the default toolbar loads fine?

  Thanks Dylan.  We got the tools working again.  We needed to copy the updated template files over to the folder we use to access that site on public directory.
