Project Title Called In Viewer "Look & Feel"

Projects are clearly awesome but when a user opens one there is no indication of "What Project is open".

 

I keep testing different commands and even hoped that if I put the project ID in the URL it would trigger something. No success. Two screen shots are below.  One where I am playing with the different commands. The other where I want it to display.

  Is a run workflow on startup possible too to fill in some value in the "Viewer Banner'?

  I cannot think of a way to accomplish this.  There is an existing "Idea" to implement what you are looking for, I would suggest voting and/or commenting on this idea -
