Map goes blank after right click on a feature and click “Zoom to Feature”

We have confirmed that our maps go black after clicking the “Zoom to Feature” for specific layers, i.e. Project Layer.

 

The typically workflow is:

1. A user will perform a Global Search or a Query on a specific layer i.e. Project Layer.
2.  The user will click the Feature action button and click Zoom to Feature.
3. The map goes blank.

  Is the feature zoomed to in beyond what your last basemap tiles are drawn at? (ie. If you zoom out after the Zoom to Feature option, does the rest of the map appear?)

  When I zoom out after the Zoom to Feature option, the map remains blank. I have to exit the map and reload the URL to view the layers.

  Does it happen when you just use the zoom tool?  Is your site public?

  Hi,

   

  If you just manually zoom to the same location in the viewer does this occur? Are there any errors in the browser developer console?

  Performing a manually zoom there are no issues, just when the feature is selected. To my knowledge, there are no issues in the developer console.

  Is the map projection different for the map service? I vaguely remember something similar happening to me, and it was to do with map projections.
