Maintain layer state when switching layer themes

It would be nice if when a user switch from Layer Theme A to Layer Theme B then back to Layer Theme A, the layers that were originally turned on in Layer Theme A are once again on. We have a "sensitive lands" layer theme that needs to be consulted when any number of other layers are on (meaning we couldn't simply incorporate supporting layers into the layer theme), but when a user switches to the sensitive lands layer theme, then back to the previous layer theme, any layer that he/she was using before consulting the sensitive lands layer theme is now off and needs to be turned on again.

I imagine this could be a bit of a headache to implement since it likely involves storing the state of all layers in all layer themes for all user sessions, but I still thought I'd submit something!
