shard failed

Hello All, 

 

I'm getting this error over and over again.  Anyone come across this error?  Any ideas on how to fix it?

 

[3] received shard failed for [geocortex.insight][3], node[02OnmvfsQMqYmaizplBLfg], [P], s[INITIALIZING], indexUUID [GlrFyJT1TXecyNX-xlOoqg], reason [shard failure [failed recovery][IndexShardGatewayRecoveryException[[geocortex.insight][3] failed recovery]; nested: EngineCreationFailureException[[geocortex.insight][3] failed to upgrade 3x segments]; nested: EOFException[read past EOF: MMapIndexInput(path="D:\program files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\Data\Search\ElasticSearch\AS424\nodes\0\indices\geocortex.insight\3\index\segments_ju6")]; ]]

  Hi Sonya,

   

  I would recommend a support call for this issue, the most likely path forward is to delete some Geocortex Core indexes but this isn't something you would typically do without a support analyst on the line.
