[5.42] Add "Fields" Input to Create FeatureSet Activity

Introduced in VertiGIS Studio Workflow 5.42

The Create FeatureSet activity does not create properly constructed FeatureSet object as it is missing the Fields property. This should be included as part of the activity so an Evaluate Expression is not required as a workaround to build a proper FeatureSet.
