  Hi Rose,

   

  The Post Installer is where all activation keys are applied.  What product are you using?

  Hi Rose

   

  Depending on the product you're referring to, you'll want to run the relevant Post-Installer and navigate to the Licensing section.  If you can provide some more details we can assist more.  Is this an offline activation key?
