Disabling TLS 1.0 in browser causes errors.
We are finding that users that disable TLS 1.0 in their browsers are not able to connect to our ArcGIS Server map services using the Geocortex Viewer. If 1.0 is enabled in the browser, such as IE, services draw correctly. It seems to be specific to Geocortex. If using the same services in ArcGIS Online with TLS 1.0 disabled, the services draw correctly.
We have made the necessary registry changes for TLS 1.2 on our VM's, but didn't think that this was related to ArcGIS Services and was specific to ArcGIS Online sign-in and basemap services.
Does Geocortex not support connections using TLS 1.1/1.2?

Erik,
I am assuming you went through https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?id=kA3f2000000Xc3yCAC
If you have IE9/10 users, they will need to manually update their settings based on this article (or have your IT push it):

Best,
