ArchGIS Calls fail to resolve when initiated from Geocortex Workflow

Anonymous Access issue re: you can view Geocortex but maps fail from outside the network, trying to understand what this issue is from a Geocortex/ArchGIS integration architecture perspective, and what possible options or avenues are available to either address the issue or provide a proven work around.

 

Please advise.
