slow response on attribution requests?

Hi guys

 

We are seeing a lot of attribution requests from the Viewer that are routed via Essentials that are taking a lot of time. They are i assume going to an external ArcGis server. This however is taking too long. 

 

Is there any way to disable these requests if we dont want the attribution or simply define it in Essentials so it comes quickly?

 

This is in the order of 40+ seconds.

  I have the same issue in the order of minutes! From a html5viewer site upgraded from 2.6 to 2.12.1.

   

  Makes the site unloadable.

  What do you mean with 'attribution requests'?

  The attribution requests that Geocortex makes to lookup the copyright line that gets put in the bottom right of the map and optionally on the print outs.

  You can define it in Essentials and override a built-in copyright for a service.
