geocortex inline documentation and support

We recently acquired geocortex inline and have since been tinkering with it. Apart from the api documentation that came with the package and from this link https://docs.geocortex.com/inline/, is there an admin or reference guide we can use?

 

And perhaps I should post my queries here or contact a support group directly? in case someone can respond:

 

I've got a band configured and have provided space on the left margin. I'm hoping I could add a label for each chart within the band in this space. is there a field parameter I can add on the template file to allow for this?

 

Also where can I configure the action to disable highlighting the feature on the band on mouse hover? see image below
