Select Snapping Layers does not appear in IE 11.

When creating a new feature. The select snapping layers does not appear in IE 11. It will appear properly in Chrome.

  Hi Claire, and for anybody else's reference,

   

   

  - Snapping Module notes that Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge do not support snapping when editing point markup or features.  

   

  - Snapping is only available for the Desktop interface
