Global search 50 Results showing

I have changed the pagesize to 500 in the Desktop json but 50 records will only return when I do a search.  I am using HTML 5 version 2.11.0. Any suggestions?

  Is that 50 records with more pages available to display?

   

  A Global Search request will make a query to an ArcGIS endpoint, it's possible ArcGIS is limited to 50 results.  The default is 1,000.  The setting is mentioned here - https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?sub-nav=kba&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_ARTICLE_DETAIL&criteria=BESTANSWERS&id=kA3600000008QUuCAM
