Configure map service feature labeling from Essentials Manager

Would be pretty convenient if map service feature labeling could be configured from Essentials Manager.  For one thing, this would allow you to create labels for features whose map was published with labels off, or conversely, you'd be able to remove labels from features whose map was published with labels on.

Sure, you could always publish another map service with labeling already configured as needed, but in an effort to keep the number of map services I have to manage to a minimum and get more varied application use out of each map service, added functionality such as this would help.

I did see where this functionality is already available to the user from the application viewer, but for my purpose it must be setup ahead of time so the user doesn't have to do it.
