  Hi Shashidhar,

   

  It sounds like you're using the Geometry Picker in your form. It has an input called "Maximum Geometries" which has a default value of 1. Once you have selected the maximum number of geometries, the "Add Location" button is disabled.

   

  If you want the user to be able to select more than one geometry at a time, increase the value of "Maximum Geometries".

   

  If you want to change the selected geometry, click the "X" button beside "Location" to remove that geometry and then select a new one.
