Log into REST when I try to access from Manager - "User cannot access the desired resource"

    The behavior that you describe is the normal operating behavior for an Essentials rest endpoint to a secured site. If you're fighting with workflow permissions, this ain't the problem. I'd start with a thorough evaluation of your site's permissions for the workflows and your users' role membership: make sure that the problem account is configured to access the resource.

    it turns out it was a permissions issue. The user was able to access the resource.. it was a matter of making access to the site anonymous.  It's only accessible internally so not a huge issue, but we'll have to take a look moving forward for any other application that is public facing
