Are there any additional configuration requirements in order to use the Send Email activity on a server-side workflow?

When I try to use the Send Email activity, even just by itself in a server side workflow, I receive the "Alert: The application is experiencing issues while performing this operation." I'm wondering if there is some additional aspect of configuration I'm missing to be able to use this tool.

  If you take a look at the Send Email activity documentation, there's a link that explains how to configure your SMTP settings that are required for this activity: https://docs.geocortex.com/workflow/latest/help/Default.htm#wf5/help/mail-server-connections.htm

  Are there any additional parameters not listed in the help for the emailsettings.json that can be specified. For example, a value/key pair for encrytption method?
