Unable to add web map, no token?

According to dev tools Mobile is not appending the required token to the

https://domain/server/rest/services/BRU/Community_Protection_Planning/MapServer?f=json request which is an ArcGIS Server service embedded in my Portal web map.

 

I assume this is why I can't add the web map?

  Hi Richard,

   

  Can you provide more information on how the services are secured within your web map? We do support loading of secured services within web maps.

   

  I'm also not clear with what you mean by being unable to add the web map.

  Hi Stefan,

   

  Our services are secured via portal built in accounts. Please find console and network logs attached.

  Regardless of adding a valid web map id or url the name of my Esri map does not automatically appear in the Map Title box once I click outside, or tab away from, the Web Map box.
