Layers don't appear on print/screenshot output

Hi.

 

I'm up against an issue that I can't figure out. When trying to print a map I can select a template, but the visible layers and basemap are not replicated in the output. This is also a problem when I attempt to use the screenshot tool. The layout is created with no map data. No idea what to do. Anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.   I took a look at your site and the function now appears to be working. I am having the same issues currently. I republished my service once and it fixed the problem but has now came back.
