Georortex Report Designer fails to display data from two different layers

I am trying to build a report that can read data from two layers (Parcels layer & ump layer ) but I note that if I added the report on Parcels layer on geocortex, the data that relate to Parcels layer will displayed only, is there any way to displaying them both?
