Print Error: print status 502

We have recently started having issues with printing. I'm not sure when it started (not a lot of people print, and those that do don't often share issues with us). But I'm pretty sure it was sometime after our upgrade to GE 4.11 and Viewer 2.12. I have included the error below. It definitely sounds like a gateway issue, but I'm not sure where to even start. Any thoughts are much appreciated! Thanks!

  Hi Tara,

   

  If you recycle the app pool (EssentialsAppPool4), does the error go away?  Does the error happen every time / go away at all?

  I recycled all of the app pools, but it didn't help. Apparently one user was able to get one map to print last week, but every other time he has tried it, it has failed. Every time I have tried it has also failed.
