Prevent Multiple Device to Login for a same User simultaneously

Hi All,

 

Is it possible to prevent multiple device to login for a same user simultaneously?

 

In other words, How to prevent simultaneous logins of the same user in GE, and keep only the last loggedin one.?

 

It would be great if someone can help me on this.

  Hi Nico,

   

  We have a sensitive data that need a user name and password, so we would to make sure that the only one who has this account will logged in to this account. In case the user logged in from another device, the old one should log out automatically and keep the newer one. It will be great if we can send an e-mail to the manager of the site in case this happen, too.

  How do you want to authenticate (which security provider)? Windows Integrated Authentication, Geocortex Idenity server, ArcGIS, a different security provider?

  I do not know if you can configure the number of concurrent sessions.
