Geocortex fails to enable the “auto expand swatches” option at the level of map service\layer,

Geocortex fails to enable the “auto expand swatches” option at the level of map service\layer,

 

Currently (GE 4.12), Geocortex enables “auto expand swatches” option at the level of viewer. Is there a way to enable this option for particular map service\layer?
