Duplicate Results Displayed in Search Results in 4.12
I recently upgraded to 4.12 and am now encountering some weird behavior within the global search where duplicate values are being returned. If I click on one of the duplicate results the correct feature details display but when I close the feature details and go back to the search results - the duplicate result has disappeared and everything appears as it should.
Another strange behavior is that the duplicate result is not always from the same layer. For example I have a street address layer and a property rating layer that both have a searchable address field (which in many instances has the same values). So sometimes when a global search is performed it's the street address layer that presents a duplicate result and other times it's the property rating layer.

I'm getting similar behavior with map tips. Any data link fields used in the feature details appear blank but when I click on 'View Additional Details' the data link field values are all there. 0 -
Ok, so it looks like the map tips issue is related to unresolved issue Bug ID: 30624.
Still haven't resolved the duplicate values being returned from the global search0 -
After some investigation it appears the duplicate search results were the result of applying the custom results list view explained in this knowledge base article https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkbaDetail?&id=kA360000000PPcHCAW&sub-nav=kba&main-nav=essentials
I have reverted back to the default grouped results view and this has stopped the duplicate search results0
