Batch attachment exporter?

So far I've had success with the Query Attachment Infos Activity in a client workflow calling a server workflow. Unfortunately, the Read File Bytes activity does not seem to accept a URL?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to download attachments in bulk. Perhaps a Run Python Activity (Script?)
