Support and Community Sites Unavailable
Hi Everyone,
Earlier this morning a change to the traffic filtering system behind the external service that runs our Community pages (support.geocortex.com and communities.geocortex.com) made those pages unavailable.
Updates have been made by the external provider and both sites are now back online, although running much slower than normal.
This issue also affected logins to our SaaS products. Access to these products should now work properly, so please contact Support from the My Cases tab or by emailing support@geocortex.com if you cannot access a Geocortex product.

Hi Eric, something is happening today but I don't think it is the same network traffic routing that caused the earlier outage.

My current understanding is that this current outage is affecting some Community logins but not all operations. Geocortex SaaS products are currently not affected. Some Community logins may be, I'm trying to get confirmation if we do or don't use Lightning Components in this Community or in the 5-Series Community.
