    Hi Paul, 

     

    If configured correctly this page should load and ask you for the app details of your Geocortex Post Installer application created and registered in your portal, have you registered the Geocortex Post Installer in your portal? 

     

    Also, when you entered your portal URL on the configure sign-in options was it in the following format? https://portalserver.mydomain.com/arcgis/

  • Permanently deleted user
    It was additional security that our data center put into place that only affected IE11. The fix was to add arcgis.com to trusted sites in Internet Options.
