Save uploaded data to feature layer

After uploading data to a HTML5 viewer via the "UploadData" Command a new temporary layer appears in the layers list. How can I save these features to a feature layer? I know that there should be a "save to feature layer" option under the layer actions but I don't see that option in my viewer (viewer version 4.12.2)

  Never mind, that option is not available with the default viewer configuration. I was looking at a viewer which somebody had extended to include this custom action.
