Error on download of Temp File larger than 1GB

Using Essentials 4.12, have a workflow that uses Create Temp File activity, and then provide a link to download. When the file is larger than 1GB it fails with Exception Type: ArithmeticException, Exception Message: Overflow or underflow in the arithmetic operation.

 

 

Any thought on how to resolve?
