Published Text showing up as points in Geocortex

I have stylized and published a text layer in ArcGIS Pro and when I preview the layer in ArcGisServer manger, it carries over the style that was done in ArcGIS Pro, however, when I add that feature to Geocortex Essentials, it only shows the points which is the native geometry and none of the styled text. I have done the same styling for another text layer with no problems in Essentials, but this one seems not to be working properly. The only difference between the feature that works and the one that does not, is that I had to use multiple label classes for the feature that does not show up in Essentials, while the feature that worked did not have multiple classes.Any ideas would be helpful.
